Bio46 year old gay man on a health kick here. I used to weigh a high of 360 pounds and have lost down over 85 pounds so far. The goal is to get my weight down to a point I can get off my diabetes meds and take it easier on my joints. One goal has been made as I am off the insulin and reduced the Metformin and Glimeperide to half the previous dose. Still taking Januvia though. I also got off the blood pressure med - WOOHOO! Doing this the old fashioned way with sensible eating plan and lots of exercise - no surgery for me thanks!
Single here, kind-hearted with a healthy sense of humor. I cry at sad movies, cry with joy, cry at funerals, cry when I see others in pain and cry when I sing/hear beautiful music. All that to say that a man can cry/laugh/scream and still maintain a healthy sense of masculinity. I am guessing this is some of the Cancerian personality coming through. I enjoy the great outdoors since I grew up in the mountains of Western North Carolina and lived there most of my life to this point. I enjoy hiking in the woods, country walks, lounging on an abandoned beach where I can hear the rhythm of the ocean, outdoor scenic photography and hope to get back on a bicycle before too long.
Not "straight-acting" at all. It is hard to have sex with another man on a sort of regular basis and still call yourself very "straight"...
